Prices and booking
Damp surveys cost £99 + VAT (£118.80 including VAT). Pre-property purchase damp surveys cost £150 + VAT (£180 including VAT). Prices shown include VAT at 20%. Enquiry submission is not a confirmed appointment and does not take payment. We confirm availability, scope, any additional charges and payment arrangements before you agree a booking.
Inspection scope
Survey findings relate to the accessible areas and conditions at the time of inspection. Concealed defects may require further investigation. A pre-property purchase damp survey is not a full building, valuation or structural survey. Confirm any lender or solicitor requirements with us before booking.
Reports and treatment
The format of findings is agreed before booking. Remedial work, invasive investigation and specialist testing are not automatically included in the survey price. Additional work needs a separate agreed quotation.
Cancellations and your rights
Contact us promptly if you need to rearrange or cancel. Before a booking is agreed, we will provide the applicable contract, cancellation information and any arrangements for services requested during a statutory cancellation period. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
